Letter of Appreciation

Dear guests and volunteers,

On behalf of CAB staff members, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to all those who helped us to make the charity event a success. This year we were able to raise 170,000 yen, most of which will go towards the project after deducting our expenses for the charity.

First, our appreciation goes to all the guests who contributed to the charity. Without your contribution, we would not have the project running. Volunteers worked hard for the preparation, which made guests enjoy the event. Our special thanks goes to all the ALT's who committed their time in preparing food, spreading the word, carrying things and cleaning up.

Next, cooking and preparing things for a hundred people is not an easy task. Each hand of support counts significantly and we value each and everyone's time and contribution for the preparation. Together, our effort can go a long way in helping a child live a healthier life in a developing country. We had people of various ages, backgrounds, nationalities and genders helping out for a common cause. This is truly an international cooperation!

Finally, we hope that this example of unity amongst us will set standards for international understanding and development, and will create further interest in becoming a volunteer. Children in Nepal have also sent in their gratitude to all those involved in the charity. We believe that together, we can make a difference and strongly hope this will continue in the years to come.
