Dear friends of CAB,

It is time for a change in CAB administration. Starting April 2008, CAB will be run under the leadership of Mr. Noboru Kobayashi. He has been one of the vice-presidents for the last three years. The change will allow the organization to explore into new areas under a new leadership. The purpose is to allow local staffs to engage actively in building leadership to internationalize the community. The official paperwork for the change will be completed in October 2008.

I hope that all the supporters of CAB will continue to be involved with the organization and enjoy its activities. CAB is in need of both foreign and Japanese staffs and volunteers who can assist in planning and coordinating various multicultural activities. Please feel free to inquire about how you can contribute through our email. We will welcome anyone with an initiative.

I will continue to remain as a staff member and will assist in the activities of CAB. It has been a great pleasure volunteering through CAB and meeting people from various places. This precious experience will always remain with me. I wish the best for the new team and pray for CAB's continued growth and success.
